Why Install Duro-Last Roofs through Fridley Roofing?
To begin with, the Duro-Last system is the highest quality roofing system available. The Duro-Last system is basically seam free compared to original roofing systems, and this means less oppurtunities for leaks and failure! Another big plus of the Duro-Last system is that it is resistant to chemicals, acid, petroleum products, animal fats, hot/cold temperature extremes, high winds, and fire. Along with all these huge positive factors, the Duro-Last roofing system comes with the industry’s strongest manufactuars warranty. You can choose a 15-year or 20-year warranty, and the warranty has no exclusions for ponding water and consequential damage!
The Cost Saving Benefits of a Duro-Last Roof
Using Duro-Last, you can save a lot of money by avoiding a costly, messy tear out! If you have an existing dry roof or multi-layer system, the Duro-Last system can be installed in a lighter weight membrane on top of your existing roof. Also, the highly effective white membrane is 60 degrees cooler than a traditional “black roof”. This is 60 degrees that do not need to be cooled using a DL system. Many clients experience decreases in energy bills by as much as 30%! Along with this, our warranty does not exclude for ponding water canceling the need for expensive tapered insulation systems.
So with all the benefits of a Duro-Last Roofing System, installed by a company that is in the top 2 percent nationwide for DL system installation and dealing, and an amazing warranty, what is your company waiting for! Contact Fridley Roofing today. With the free CAD roof design we offer, you have nothing to lose! 763-780-6210
